3. No Guaranteed Results
Sendera Agency provides professional marketing services but does not guarantee:
  • Revenue increases
  • Sales volume
  • Subscriber growth
  • Conversion rates
  • Business success
  • Return on investment
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, website performance, traffic, pricing, product quality, competition, and customer behavior.
Any examples, estimates, forecasts, projections, testimonials, or prior results are illustrative only.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide required account access
  • Supply accurate business information
  • Deliver assets and materials on time
  • Approve work when requested
  • Maintain ownership of their own business accounts
Sendera Agency is not responsible for delays caused by missing access, delayed communication, or incomplete materials.
5. Account Access
Clients may grant Sendera Agency limited access to business systems.
This may include:
  • Shopify
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Analytics tools
  • Ecommerce systems
Clients remain owners of their accounts and data.
We will never intentionally request unnecessary access.
Clients may revoke access after services end.
6. Payments
Payment terms:
  • Setup fees are paid before work begins.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Payments are due according to the selected plan.
Failure to pay may result in:
  • Service suspension
  • Delayed delivery
  • Account closure
Prices may change for future billing periods with notice.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
  • Completed work is non-refundable.
  • Setup work becomes non-refundable once implementation begins.
  • Monthly service periods already delivered are non-refundable.
Refund exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
8. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
Sendera Agency is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Missing access
  • Client revisions
  • Platform outages
  • Third-party systems
9. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the purchased plan.
Requests outside scope may require additional fees.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise:
  • Clients own their business data and customer lists.
  • Sendera Agency retains ownership of internal systems, processes, frameworks, and templates.
Clients receive rights to use completed deliverables for business purposes.
11. Confidentiality
Sendera Agency will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential client information.
Clients agree not to disclose internal business methods, pricing structures, or proprietary processes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Sendera Agency shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Data loss
  • Missed opportunities
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the previous 30 days.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Sendera Agency is not responsible for outages, policy changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party providers.
14. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service where necessary.
